Our company consists of: two partners; one a Chartered Accountant with decades of experience in property sales, letting, management and development and the other from an IT background with extensive experience in property sales, letting, management and development; backed up by a team of very experienced property Sales, Letting and Managing staff in our two offices.

The Managing Partner's interest in property goes back far beyond 2001 and since 1991 to today he has developed and managed a considerable and profitable personal portfolio of Belfast properties. In addition he has gained invaluable experience when, after graduation he trained and worked in top professional Accountancy Practices and also, for over ten years, worked in a senior management position, in financial and accounting roles, for a major multinational manufacturing company. Here he had responsibility for operations in twelve countries throughout the world, to which he travelled extensively over these ten years.

The other partner, graduated from Queens University Belfast, with a 2:1 degree in Business and Computing and has worked as a Systems Programmer in a major computer organisation and as a manager in a Belfast estate agency, before setting up Goldsmith Estates.
