Services Included In Goldsmith Estates Management Fee.

• Help to set up the management company (if not already in existence) and facilitate the appointment of Director, and Company Secretary of the Management Company from the resident committee.
• Fully organise Annual General Meetings. This will involve calling the meetings, being in attendance at the meeting, taking minutes of the meeting and providing shareholders with copies of the meeting.
• Arrange adequate property insurance for the buildings.
  Issue and maintain share certificates of the property company to the residence and ensure all statutory documents, are maintained and filed.
• Ensure all residents pay their monthly monies due and any other expenses that may be levied on them by the committee of residents.
• Ensure selection and liaison with all relevant maintenance contractors on issues of concern such as complaints, expense and invoicing. We will organise all communal work in line with the terms and conditions of the property lease.
