Viewing Appointments
Once you have viewed our selection of properties and found the one that best matches your criteria you will need to apply. One of our team will furnish you with an application form.
Our Application Process
Once you have completed and applied for a property, we aim to process the application within days and will inform you if your application is successful (satisfactory references) or not.
Tenancy Deposit Scheme
If we accept your application, you will be required to pay a deposit. The deposit will be registered through The Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland (TDS NI), a government authorised organisation that safeguards tenancy deposits for private tenancies and resolves disputes over their allocation.
Tenancy Agreement
We will prepare a tenancy agreement, which is signed by both landlord and tenant. This is a binding contract. Most contracts are for a period of one year.
Utilities
Tenants take responsibility for the utilities, i.e. gas, electricity etc in the property. Members of staff will advise tenants on utilities.
